The SureFlap Microchip Pet Door Connect is a smart, selective access solution designed to give you full control over your pet’s outdoor access. Using your pet’s unique microchip or the included Sure Petcare RFID Collar Tag, the door opens only for authorised pets—keeping intruders out and providing a safer, stress-free environment for your pet.
When connected to the Sure Petcare Hub (sold separately), the pet door links with the Sure Petcare App, giving you real-time visibility into your pet’s movements. Receive notifications when your pet enters or leaves, monitor outdoor activity patterns, and spot changes in behaviour that may indicate health issues.
The app also allows you to remotely lock or unlock the pet door, set individual curfew times, and view battery status—all from your smartphone or tablet. Ideal for larger cats and small dogs, this pet door offers extra security and convenience for multi-pet homes.
Installation is quick and flexible—the unit can be fitted into doors, windows, or walls using SureFlap’s optional mounting accessories. It stores up to 32 pet profiles, making it suitable for busy households. The unit operates on 4 x C batteries (not included), providing up to six months of use, and includes one RFID Collar Tag for immediate setup.
