Run For The Dogs is dedicated to increasing the adoptability of shelter dogs through the power of running.

South African shelters are filled with dogs deemed "un-homeable" for being too high-energy or reactive.

For most of the pups, these traits stem from living in a stressful shelter environment.

A 5km run, outside of their shelter, gives the dogs an opportunity to burn off their anxiety and showcase their unique and spunky selves.
