We get a lot of requests about the status of your orders;

Now there's no reason to get eaten. Just simply track your dog food all the way to your door. Whether its Eukanuba, Royal Canin, Hills, Ultradog or any of the other fine dog food and cat food we stock, you can track it on your account. How much easier does it get than this?

1. Simply browse to http://www.petheaven.co.za
2. Login into your account by clicking the login link in the top right corner

3. Login using your details

4. You'll see a list of your previous orders. Click the "View Order" link

5. Click the "Shipments" tab

6. Scroll down to the shipments section. You'll get your tracking label number there. Now if there are no details shown, as below, this means your order is simply still being prepared. Don't worry we're onto it!

7. Head over to the Fastway Website here

8. Simply put in your label number. It should start with something like "LA00" or "EA00" or "BA00" and be about 12 alphanumeric characters long.
